Shipping Methods

We DO NOT ship via USPS.

All orders are shipped through small regional carriers that are PACT Act compliant. These carriers require an adult signature and ID verification upon delivery.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Order Processing (Preparing for Shipment): 3–5 business days
  • From Our Warehouse to Local Carrier: Estimated 7–10 days after dispatch from our facility
  • Local Carrier to Your Address: Estimated 2–10 days, depending on the carrier’s delivery schedule

PACT Act Amendment Impact

Due to the amendment to the PACT Act, all vape shipments require an adult signature at the time of delivery.

  • Signature Requirement: An adult (21+) must be present to sign and show a valid government-issued ID.
  • Fee Notice: An Adult Signature Fee is automatically included at checkout.
  • Delivery Tip: Consider shipping your order to a location where an adult is regularly available—such as your workplace—to prevent missed deliveries.

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for shipping carrier delays once your order has left our facility.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Any other USPS-only locations
